1. Return Policy
As our products are perishable, we do not accept returns after delivery. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Items: Report within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Incorrect Items: Inform us within 24 hours if the delivered product does not match your order.
To request a refund, please provide:
- Your order number
- A clear photo showing the issue
Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
We are unable to offer refunds in the following situations:
- Claims made after 24 hours of delivery
- Items that are consumed, partially used, or not in original condition
- Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
